To start let's meet first, in person to go over the game plan to find you a home. Think of this as getting your ducks in a row before purchasing. I will walk you through this process. It is very informative especially if you are a first time home buyer. If we don't know each other I will even take you out to go look at a couple homes ASAP just so we can see if you like my style and my sense of humor...LOL
